Fitness is the need of every person because it is important for a good health and for complete our works. If we are not fit then may be many diseases attack on us so fitness is the basic thing for us. In present days we are all very busy in our works we are not attention in our health, in our body, in our foods, and not any other activities.

and etc. It's some tips of fitness but the main factor is that you should daily in routine life applied this one tips.

From fitness shows your personality and you feel better. It's time to war for fitness because it's important for me for you and for all others and never wasted time. Fitness increase your life stamina and gives you courage award against the diseases.

I think every person wants to be a best dishes and eat a best foods but attention always foods must use in medium stage because it's important and important for body system and it's basic for fitness. Natural provides every things for us and i think it's blessing of God that it's all provide for us and we should use in positive role and use must be careful. 
We should use fruits, vegetables, fresh juices, and etc. All are important for us and for body system it gives many energy. Now, for fitness we should in routine life exercise and spend time for fitness we should some applied tips for our body and body system.
